Resident’s Attending Physician

Residents may be able to continue to have their current Physician provide care for them if they are located in the Collingwood area and the Physician signs a contract agreeing to provide the care that is required. Attending Physicians will be expected to meet the standards and criteria established by the Minitry of Health.
