Resident Responsibilities

Each resident, relation(s) and visitors have a responsibility to abide by the Nursing Home Act and Regulations and the Nursing Home rules and policies.

Each resident must provide all pertinent information regarding his\her care requirements and answer any requests for such information.

Each resident shall respect the rights and privacy of the others in the Home and shall treat other persons in the Home, including staff, with dignity, courtesy and respect.

All residents should provide on an on going basis, appropriate clothing, adequate footwear, prosthetic devices (such as glasses, dentures, hearing aids, personal wheelchairs/geri-chairs, walkers and canes) and any other device that is reasonably necessary while residing within our Home.
